MOVA MAKES A MAJOR IMPACT AT IFA 2026
Consumer technology brand MOVA makes a major impact at IFA 2026 with its smart home and garden ecosystem.
MOVA is a fast-growing global smart-living technology company using AI and robotics to automate everyday tasks across the home and garden. UK visitors to IFA 2026 were among the first to experience its flagship V70 Ultra Complete robot vacuum, as the technology brand made its biggest-ever impression at the show. For MOVA, IFA represented an important step forward, with a 1,700 sqm stand – approximately a quarter of Hall 9 – bringing its expanding ecosystem of smart, AI-powered home and garden technology together under one roof.
For Fab Communications, the show provided a valuable opportunity to put MOVA in front of UK technology media in person and give journalists the chance to experience the brand’s latest innovations first-hand. With the V70 Ultra Complete having recently launched in the UK, IFA was the first opportunity for many journalists to see, handle and experience the new robot vacuum and its advanced features. We arranged dedicated stand visits for Ideal Home, T3, Trusted Reviews and Expert Reviews, with each publication meeting the MOVA team and experiencing a personalised product demonstration.
Meet the V70 Ultra Complete
At the heart of the UK media programme was the V70 Ultra Complete, which combines powerful cleaning with intelligent navigation and sophisticated automation.
Its MaxiReachX™ system features an industry-first extending mop that reaches up to 17cm, together with a 12cm adaptive side brush. Designed to tackle areas that conventional robot vacuums can struggle to reach, the system cleans along skirting boards, into corners and beneath low furniture.
With up to 42,000Pa of suction power, the V70 is engineered to pick up everything from fine dust and pet hair to larger debris across carpets and hard floors. Its StepMaster™ System 2.0 also enables the robot to negotiate obstacles and changes in floor level, climbing up to 9cm across two consecutive 4.5cm steps.
The fully automated docking station further reduces the need for intervention. MOVA’s EcoCyclone™ system uses a washable dust container in place of disposable dust bags and provides up to 100 days of hands-free operation, while the station automatically empties the robot, washes and dries the mop and replenishes cleaning solution.
A glimpse into MOVA’s future
While the V70 was the focus for UK media, the expansive stand demonstrated that MOVA’s ambitions extend well beyond robot vacuum cleaners.
Visitors could explore innovations including TactiPercept, an AI-powered tactile perception system designed to help robots understand and respond to their surroundings; UltraTrim 3.0 and 4.0, making their technology debut for MOVA’s robotic lawnmowers; and AquaSonar, which enables underwater communication between MOVA’s pool-cleaning robot and its app.
The Knot80 Dexterous Hand offered an especially intriguing glimpse of what could come next, with the robotic arm demonstrating its ability to grasp objects in multiple directions – a development pointing towards MOVA’s longer-term vision for home robotics. And, adding an element of fun to the experience, two robotic arms performed a choreographed robot dance routine throughout the show.
For MOVA, IFA 2026 provided a high-impact introduction to the breadth of its technology, while Fab Communications used the opportunity to build valuable face-to-face relationships between the brand and key UK technology media – putting the V70 Ultra Complete directly into the hands of the journalists who matter.
